Stéphanie has been a professional singer and singing teacher for over 12 years in the Lanaudière region. She studied at the University of Quebec in Montreal and obtained her bachelor’s degree in jazz / pop singing in 2012. A versatile singer, she performs as a singer and singer / pianist in various events.

A her passion for teaching takes a big place in her life, she founded her own music school in 2014. She teaches singing and also acts as vocal coach for professional singers. Following a European training in 2014, she discovered and uses new tools to teach music to her autistic students. In addition to her work at her music school, she teaches voice in Musical Theater programs at high school level.

In March 2017, she discovered Estill Voice Training during her first complete course in Québec. It was a revelation for her. She soon got involved in the certification process with her mentor Julie Cimon Racine. It was in January 2020 that she obtained her certification as an Estill Master Trainer.


Joëlle Bourdon

Actress, teacher of singing and voice

A graduate in theater and music, Joëlle Bourdon received her training at the Quebec Conservatory of Dramatic Art (2006-2009). A graduate in theater and music, Joëlle Bourdon received her training at the Quebec Conservatory of Dramatic Art (2006-2009). She played in twenty theatrical productions in Québec City including L’Opérade quat’sous(my Martin Genest), Les quatre filles du Dr. March (mes Robert Marien), La guerre des tuques (mes Fabien Cloutier) and Antigone(my Oliver Arteau). She also played on the stage at the Rideau Vert in Montreal in the musical L’homme de la Mancha(m.e.s René-Richard Cyr).

Co-founder of Théâtre Des miettes dans la caboche, Joëlle Bourdon presented and produced,… and other side effects(my MJ. Bastien), Le bras Canadien et autres vanités(my F. Cloutier), Coronado(my O. Lépine) and Grace by Craig Wright (my CE Beaulne).

In addition to continuing her career as an actress, Joëlle teaches singing and piano and directs several productions for musical projects in different schools in Quebec, including the Maîtrise des Petits Chanteurs de Québec, Collège François de Laval and Campus Notre -Dame-de-Foy. This is where she discovered the Estill model in 2017.

Passionate for the tools offered by the model, Joëlle soon began the EMT training program at La Voix Dynamique, all mentored by Julie Cimon Racine. It was in January 2020 that she officially obtained her Estill Master Trainer.


Laura Godin

Singer, voice teacher and coach, B. Mus.

Following her college diploma from the Notre-Dame-de-Foy Campus Technique professionnelle de musique et chansons in 2015, Laura completed a Bachelor’s degree in Jazz Vocal Performance in 2017. She is currently in the process of obtaining a Master’s degree under the supervision of Claude Vallières.

She divides her schedule between teaching and performance. On one hand, she teaches one on one singing lessons and vocal groups, accompanying several artists from the Quebec region in their artistic development. On the other hand, she continues to stand out in the Québec jazz community. She divides her schedule between teaching and performance. On the other hand, she continues to stand out in the Québec jazz community. She performs regularly on Québec City stages in duet and jazz trio formation. She sees herself collaborating with several well-known groups, including The Lost Fingers, Saint-Laurent Events and Des Sourcils, to name a few. In 2017, she joined the vocal ensemble Jazz Affair to replace the soprano Luce Bélanger, a group with which she was fortunate to perform in shows outside Québec. In 2019, she worked alongside pianist and composer Rafael Zaldivar in the development of a research and musical creation project.

Her interest in Jo Estill’s work developed in 2012 when she was part of the first cohort of pop-jazz singing students to take the Estill course in Technique professionnelle de musique et chansons at the Campus Notre-Dame-de- Foy. Elle s’engage dès 2017 dans le programme de formation des EMT de La Voix Dynamique sous le mentorat de Julie Cimon Racine en même temps qu’elle poursuit ses études universitaires et obtient la certification de Master Trainer (EMT) en janvier 2020.

Paola Vera

Paola is a highly-qualified and experienced musical educator and vocal coach, with over ten years of professional practice in London and more recently in France. Paola currently works with a number of higher-education institutions in France and the UK as well as private musical education providers, including as Professor for Jazz and Pop Voice at the Conservatoire de Bordeaux Jacques Thibaud and Bordeaux Universite Montaigne. Recently she was selected as an Expert Practitioner to record a set of educational videos for the official Trinity Rock and Pop Grades musical syllabus. In addition to her teaching work, Paola maintains a thriving live performance career for prestigious jazz venues in London and France, described as a ‘truly gifted improviser’ (Pete Churchill). ​

Paola commenced her adult professional musical education at Trinity and Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance (London, UK). Awarded  First-Class Honours in her Undergraduate degree, Paola specialised in Jazz Voice and also undertook extensive training in (among other disciplines) Jazz Piano, Orchestration and Composition. ​Thereafter, Paola completed her Masters Degree in Jazz Voice and Composition the esteemed Royal Academy of Music (London, UK) under a scholarship, graduating with a Distinction.
